What you get
Vinsly is a macOS desktop sidecar that connects OpenAI Codex and Claude Code in one workspace. A license grants you personal or commercial use of the Vinsly app, updates released while your subscription or lifetime plan remains valid, and direct support from the developer.
Requirements
- An OpenAI API key to access Codex features.
- Claude Code installed locally for Anthropic workflows (optional fallback to Claude API if available).
- macOS 13 Ventura or newer.
These dependencies are managed by you. Vinsly does not bundle third-party API access.
License terms
- One license = one person. Seat sharing or key resale is not permitted.
- You may use Vinsly on multiple machines you personally own or manage.
- You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the application.
- Lifetime licenses include perpetual use plus ongoing updates released while the lifetime program exists.
Refund policy
If Vinsly isn’t a fit, email refunds@vinsly.dev within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please include the email associated with your order and any context you’re willing to share. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days and deactivate the associated license key.
No warranty
Vinsly is provided “as is.” We aim to fix bugs quickly and ship improvements, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Vinsly evolves. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated via email or in-app notices. Continuing to use Vinsly after updates take effect means you accept the revised terms.
